Another quick and easy recipe made from our favorite Keto-diet ingredient—Avocados. Loaded with protein, fiber, and heart-healthy nutrients, this meal is a perfect go-to snack or post gym workout delight.

4 pieces medium-sized avocado, whole
12 oz. chicken breast, cooked, shredded
4 tbsp. (50 g) red onions, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 1/3 cups sour cream or crème fraiche

Cut the avocado in half. Remove the seed and scoop out the meat gently, leaving a thin layer of avocado meat inside.
Chop the removed avocado meat and combine with the cooked chicken shreds, celery and onions.
Season with s&p and add crème Fraiche or sour cream.
Gently mix everything, scoop up and fill the avocado halves.
Optional: garnish with some fresh herbs.
